BMI Achievers Felicitation Event with DTN Rachna Agarwals Healthy Diet Session

Sharda University Agra organized a special event aimed at promoting wellness, yoga, and health awareness among rural communities. Focused on educating the participants about Body Mass Index (BMI), healthy eating habits, and the importance of regular health checkups, the event saw overwhelming participation, especially from women from nearby villages like Arsena, Keetham, Jamalpur, Shahjadpur, and Sigana.

The program began with a traditional Lamp Lighting ceremony and Saraswati Vandana, invoking blessings for a successful event.

Inspiring Address by Honble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan

The event was graced by Honble Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan, Vice Chancellor of Sharda University Agra, who delivered an inspiring address on the vital role of education and awareness in building healthier communities. She also extended her congratulations to the women achievers for their dedication to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and their commitment to well-being.

Acknowledging Community Efforts: Prof. (Dr.) Shailendra Singh and Mr. Atul Narang

Prof. (Dr.) Shailendra Singhn, Dean of Student Welfare, lauded the efforts of the faculty, students, and volunteers who worked hard to make the event successful. He emphasized how such initiatives are key to promoting wellness at the grassroots level.

In his Welcome Address, Mr. Atul Narang highlighted the universitys commitment to social outreach, focusing on holistic health and community engagement. He emphasized the importance of events like these in spreading awareness and fostering community wellness.

DTN Rachna Agarwals Session on Healthy Diet and BMI

A standout session was conducted by DTN. Rachna Agarwal, who shared her expertise on maintaining a healthy BMI, the significance of balanced nutrition, and the role of regular health checkups.
