1. Table Tennis Competition Witnesses Enthusiastic Participation
As part of Sharda Sports Connect 2026 – Faculty & Staff Games, the Table Tennis Competition was successfully organized on 06 June 2026 (Saturday) at the Table Tennis Hall, Activity Centre, Sharda University Agra. The event brought together faculty and staff members from various departments, fostering a spirit of healthy competition, sportsmanship, and interdepartmental camaraderie.
The competition witnessed an encouraging response, with 13 participants competing across the Men's and Women's categories. The tournament showcased not only sporting excellence but also the University's commitment to promoting employee well-being, engagement, and a vibrant workplace culture.
The Women's Category featured spirited performances marked by determination, skill, and sportsmanship. Demonstrating exceptional consistency and composure throughout the competition, Ms. Preeti Saroha (IQAC) emerged as the Champion, while Ms. Deepti Verma (SSBS) secured the Runner-up position after a commendable performance.

The Men's Category witnessed a series of closely contested matches, reflecting the competitive zeal and enthusiasm of the participants. Following five engaging matches, the following players successfully advanced to the semifinal stage:
Men's Category – Semifinalists

- Dr. Manish Kumar Shakya (Pharmacy)
- Mr. A. K. Singh (Administration Department)
The Men's Semifinal matches are scheduled to be held on 08 June 2026 (Monday) at 2:00 PM at the Table Tennis Hall, Activity Centre.
2. Badmintion competition
The Day 2 matches of the Badminton Competition under Sharda Sports Connect – Faculty & Staff Games 2026 witnessed enthusiastic participation and competitive performances from faculty and staff members.
In the Men's Category, the quarterfinal matches were played successfully, and the following participants secured their places in the semi-finals:

- Mr. Shubham Chaudhary(Admin dept.)
- Mr. Nitesh Samadhiya(Agriculture dept.)
All semi-final and final matches are scheduled to be held on 08 June 2026 (Monday) at 10:00 AM
