1. The tender documents will be submitted in a sealed envelope. The technical bid will be submitted separately, while the financial bid will be submitted separately. Both the sealed envelopes containing the bids will be placed in a bigger envelope and have to be sealed. In case any envelope is found to be open, the tender documents will not be accepted.
2. The Draft of EMD must be enclosed with the technical bid. If the draft is missing, the tender document will not be accepted.
3. The last date of submission of tender documents will be Friday, 12th June, 2026, and the tender documents will be accepted till 12:00 pm. Tender documents submitted after 12:00 pm will not be accepted.
4. The technical bid of the tender will be opened at 4:00 pm on Friday, 12th June, 2026.
5. All pages of the tender documents, along with all documents submitted with technical and financial bids, have to be signed and sealed by the authorised signatory; if any page is missed, the tender documents will not be accepted.
