About

I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Management, specializing in Pilgrimage Tourism in the Digital Era. I hold an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing (Silver Medalist), along with a strong academic foundation in Marketing and Human Resource Management.
My professional journey has allowed me to gain experience in both academia and the corporate sector. I have worked as an Assistant Professor and Teaching Assistant, where I guided students in research, curriculum development, and mentoring. In the corporate domain, I served as a Senior Executive – HR at DTDC Express Ltd., managing HR operations, employee engagement, and HRIS platforms.
Alongside teaching, I am actively engaged in research and have contributed through publications, book chapters, and a patent. I am passionate about student development, collaborative learning, and research.
Beyond academics, I have a deep interest in cultural activities and have proudly represented Assam in various national and international dance festivals.
