My research interest is in interdisciplinary work that encompasses biophysical environmental complexity based on computational biophysics. We have examined entropy measures which may provide insights into the complexity and diversity of bio-physical systems.

A work on the environmental stress to seed germination was done earlier based on the analysis of experimental results.

We have investigated Entropy-driven Biophysical system based on Biophysical Computational approaches to understand how Monkeypox virus had spread from African countries to non-African countries during the recent outbreak and the transfer route of the infection.

We describe a novel algorithm for information recovery from DNA sequences by using a digital filter. This work proposes a three-part algorithm to decide the k-mer or q-gram word density.  Employing a finite impulse response (FIR) digital filter and using principal component analysis (PCA) supplemented by the entropy measure, we have analysed the molecular sequence.

We perform canonical correlation analysis as an unsupervised statistical tool to describe HIV-1 integration site as related views of the same semantic object for identifying patterns.

We address the cell signal pathway in the IRS protein cascades which play an important role in the insulin signaling pathway during downstream signal progression. We studied the structural topology in the conserved residues of IRS proteins to understand the surface conservation pattern.

Shannon Entropy Model has been used to DNA quadruple bit streaming via the channel. The signaling architecture network is composed of four components: source (DNA), transmitter (mRNA), receiver (protein), and destination (another protein. The signal has been conveyed to the target protein.
