Pratima Sharma, MBA, UGC-NET is an Assistant Professor in the area of HRM. She has completed her MBA from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. She has Qualified UGC- NET and pursuing PHD from Amity University, Gwalior. She has over 15 years of teaching experience.
She is specialized in the area of Human Resource, Marketing and General Management. Her area of interest is Human Resource Management, Organisation Behaviour, Labour Laws, Strategic management, Principle of Management. She is actively engaged in teaching various subjects of MBA like Human Resource Management, Employee Relation & Labour Law, Strategic Management, Principles and Practices of Management, Organizational Behavior and many more. She has published book Chapter in book for over 15 years; she has also guided projects to MBA students. She is also an active member of several committees in Institute and coordinate the various activities in the college.
