I have sixteen (16+) years of teaching experience in HRM, OB, Principles of Management, Business Communication and other HR specialized subjects. I have created, managed and imparted students with quality contents via lectures and training sessions. I try to make my every class quiet fascinating by being actively participative and by using creative teaching methods. I am goal oriented, delivering quality results and prioritizing efficiently to ensure quality results are achieved. Student focused, with a proven understanding of what it takes to drive results. Extremely well organized and able to plan and manage multiple work streams, with a careful attention to detail. Innovative and strategic thinker with sound teaching, creative, analyzing current trends in my area to deliver something up-to-the-minute to the students with a pure intention of creating best talents for future. I am able to work calmly and efficiently in fast-paced, constantly changing environments.
