Dr. Pratik Kumar Singh is an academic and researcher specializing in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Sustainability-oriented Supply Chain Management. He earned his Ph.D. in Technology Management and Business from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), where he developed an innovative model that integrates E-Procurement Technology with Sustainable Procurement in ISO 14001-certified organizations. He also holds an MBA in Human Resources from Aligarh Muslim University and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, reflecting strong interdisciplinary expertise. Currently an Assistant Professor (Management), Dr. Singh also served as a Young Professional under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, contributing to national career services and employment initiatives. His research portfolio includes SCOPUS-indexed publications, global conference presentations, and reviewer roles for reputed journals. He has completed multiple AICTE-ATAL FDPs and workshops with top institutes, including IIM Kozhikode, IIT Roorkee, and UTHM, Melaka, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc. Passionate about sustainability and digital innovation, he is committed to impactful teaching, research excellence, and academic leadership.
