Mr. Aniruddh Pratap Singh is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology, Sharda School of Pharmacy, Sharda University Agra. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from GLA University, Mathura, with a research focus on the pharmacological evaluation of Balanites aegyptiaca against Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)-associated dementia in experimental animals. He completed his M.Pharm. (Pharmacology) from Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida, and B.Pharm. from Anand College of Pharmacy, Agra.
He possesses over 7 years of academic and research experience in pharmaceutical education, research, academic administration, and examination management. During his academic career, he has served at Anand College of Pharmacy, Unnati Pharmacy College, and Sharda School of Pharmacy, where he has actively contributed to teaching, mentoring, curriculum implementation, student counseling, research supervision, and institutional development activities. Currently, he is serving as the Exam Coordinator of Sharda School of Pharmacy and actively supports quality assurance, accreditation, and academic administration processes.
His research interests encompass Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Neurodegenerative Disorders, Gut-Brain Axis, Dementia, Experimental Pharmacology, Herbal Drug Research, and Natural Product Pharmacology. He has published several research and review articles in national and international journals and has presented his research work at numerous conferences and scientific forums. He is also the co-author of granted patents related to herbal therapeutics for Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Hemorrhoids, and antioxidant formulations.
Mr. Singh has actively participated in various national and international conferences, workshops, faculty development programs, and research training programs. His ongoing research aims to establish mechanistic links between chronic intestinal inflammation and cognitive impairment, contributing to the emerging field of gut-brain interaction and translational pharmacology.
