UDAAN 2K25: Fly Beyond Limits – Orientation Programme

Sharda School of Business Studies successfully concluded its 10-day orientation programme, UDAAN 2K25: Fly Beyond Limits, designed to warmly welcome and empower the incoming BBA, MBA, and B.Com students.

Under the visionary leadership of Honble Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan, and the guidance of Dean, Prof. (Dr.) Saket Jeswani, the programme inspired students to take flight toward academic, personal, and professional growth.

Highlights:

29th August: Inaugural Session with Honble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan, Dean Prof. (Dr.) Saket Jeswani, and Mr. Sachin Rajpal, Principal Director, PPDC, MSME. Followed by ice-breaking activities: Movie Buzz and Chords & Cheers.
1st September: Emotional Quotient session by Dr. Shalini Khandelwal, Dean – Institution Building, ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon; Team-building games including Human Knots and Brand Charades.
2nd September: Aptitude Orientation by Mr. Akash Chaudhary; Soft Skills Workshop by Dr. Neha Goel.
3rd September: Participation in Deeksharambh 2K25, Sharda Universitys flagship induction programme.
4th September: Introduction to Examination Systems by Prof. Chandrasekar T., Controller of Examinations; Industry Interaction with Mr. Vijay Gupta, Chairman, Laghu Udhyog Bharti; Guest session by Mr. Mukesh Kumar, Founder, Kumar IAS Coaching.
8th September: Emotional Intelligence session by Prof. (Dr.) Naveen Gupta, Director, HiMCS; Sports activities including Badminton, Volleyball, and Basketball; Sports facilities briefing by Mr. Ved Prakash.
9th September: The Art of Storytelling by CA Sanjeev Singh Thakur; Spiritual Wisdom for Modern Minds by Mr. H.G. Parmatma Das; Perception & Dedication lecture by CA Vivek Agrawal.
10th September – Grand Finale: Shardas Got Talent showcased student talents in singing, dancing, poetry, comedy, and more.

Valedictory Session graced by Mr. Jai Agarwal, Owner, Kajeco Industries, and Ms. Rachna Agarwal, Dietician & Nutritionist. Winners were felicitated, followed by inspiring words from Dean Prof. (Dr.) Saket Jeswani.

UDAAN 2K25 was a vibrant journey of discovery and connection, blending academic orientation, emotional intelligence, industry insights, and creative expression to prepare students for success.
