The Institutions Innovation Council (IIC), Sharda University Agra, successfully organized a Lean Start-up & MVP Boot Camp / Mentoring Session on 11th August 2026 in online mode, providing faculty members and students with valuable insights into entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup development.

Expert Mentoring Session by Dr. Satish K. Mittal

We were privileged to have Dr. Satish K. Mittal, Director, Atal Incubation Centre, Gautam Buddha University, as the distinguished resource person.

The insightful session focused on:

  • Lean Start-up methodology and its practical applications
  • Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development
  • Idea validation and understanding customer needs
  • Identifying market opportunities
  • Converting innovative ideas into viable business opportunities
  • Building and refining solutions based on customer feedback

The interactive mentoring session encouraged participants to think entrepreneurially, validate their innovative ideas, understand market requirements, and explore practical approaches to transforming ideas into sustainable ventures.

The enthusiastic participation of faculty members and students made the session engaging, informative, and impactful.
