Session on Innovation / Prototype Validation (Value Proposition Fit & Business Fit)

Sharda University Agra hosted a hybrid session titled "Innovation / Prototype Validation (Value Proposition Fit & Business Fit)" at the Media Centre (Room No. 133) and online via Google Meet, organized under the patronage of Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Parma Nand as part of the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) activities. Keynote speaker Mr. Sushil Yadav, Assistant Director at MSME, addressed students, faculty, and aspiring entrepreneurs on the importance of validating early-stage innovations before scaling. Mr. Yadav detailed actionable methods for testing Value Proposition Fit with potential users to ensure customer alignment, while explaining Business Fit criteria required to transform concepts into sustainable commercial enterprises. The interactive session deepened participants' understanding of the startup lifecycle and laid the groundwork for upcoming follow-up sessions centered on hands-on prototype testing and case study analyses.
