With a commitment to transforming education through innovation, Sharda University Agra inaugurated its 5-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Reimagining Teaching–Learning: Innovative Methods for OBE & NEP 2020 Implementation.” The programme is organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) under the dynamic leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan, Vice Chancellor, and Prof. (Dr.) Saket Jeswani, Director, IQAC.
Bringing together academic leaders and educational reformers, the inaugural session created an inspiring platform where policy met practice, converting the principles of NEP 2020 and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) into implementable strategies for real-world classrooms.

- Dr. Sunil Rai, President, UPES Dehradun & Advisor, Sharda University Greater Noida, served as the Guest of Honour. He shared valuable insights on building innovation-driven institutions and preparing for global academic rankings and accreditation.
- Dr. Avadhesh Khare, Chief Advisor to the Chairman, Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur & Advisor, Quantum University, Uttarakhand, delivered the Keynote Address. He explored NEP-driven pedagogical innovations, Blooms Taxonomy, and CO-PO alignment as key pillars of modern curriculum design.
- Dr. Sarvesh Chandra, Former Professor of Civil Engineering, IIT Kanpur, discussed the philosophy behind OBE and emphasized the role of feedback systems in ensuring continuous academic improvement.
