Coffee with CEO – A Brew of Wisdom and Vision

Sharda School of Business Studies students had the incredible opportunity to interact with Shri Jai Agarwal, the dynamic force behind Kajeco Industries, Agra , during an engaging and thought-provoking Coffee with CEO session.

From sharing the legacy and evolution of a family-run business to tackling real-world challenges in the foundry industry, Mr. Agarwal offered insights that textbooks cant teach. His candid reflections on leadership, innovation, sustainability, and global business strategy left everyone energized and enlightened.

The interactive Questions & Answers saw students ask sharp, insightful questions—reflecting their growing curiosity and confidence.
