Academic Visit to Prestigious Bharat Electricity Summit 2026

20 Mar 2026

Sharda University Agra proudly organized an immersive academic visit to the prestigious Bharat Electricity Summit 2026 at Yashobhoomi.

Held under the esteemed patronage of the Ministry of Power, the summit emerged as a global powerhouse of ideas—bringing together visionaries, policymakers, and industry leaders shaping the future of energy.

For the MBA students of Sharda School of Business Studies, this was not just a visit—it was a live classroom of strategy, innovation, and leadership.

The visit was held under the esteemed patronage of Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan, Vice-Chancellor, Sharda University Agra, and under the guidance of Dr. Pankaj Sharma, Director – Teaching Learning Centre (TLC).

The event was convened by Prof. (Dr.) Shailendra Singh, Dean – Academics, and Prof. (Dr.) Saket Jeswani, Dean – Sharda School of Business Studies (SSBS), whose leadership ensured the academic relevance and successful organization of the visit.

From witnessing global collaborations to understanding the pulse of sustainable energy

From exploring smart grids to decoding large-scale investments

From observing leadership dialogues to connecting theory with real-world execution

Students stepped into the mindset of future managers —analyzing, questioning, and envisioning solutions for a sustainable tomorrow.

The theme “Electrifying Growth. Empowering Sustainability. Connecting Globally.” truly came alive as students experienced how innovation, policy, and business strategy converge to power nations.

With global participation, cutting-edge discussions, and unmatched industry exposure, the summit became a catalyst—igniting curiosity, strategic thinking, and leadership vision among students.

The visit was efficiently coordinated by Dr. Ruchi Jain, Assistant Professor, and Ms. Deepti Verma, Assistant Professor, ensuring seamless execution and a highly enriching learning experience for students.

Because the leaders of tomorrow are shaped by the experiences of today.
