With over 17 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering education, I am currently Heading Department of Strategic Alliance and Collaborations at Sharda University Agra. My core competencies include curriculum development, student mentoring, academic administration, and research supervision. I am passionate about enhancing the quality of education and student welfare at Anand Engineering College, which is part of the prestigious Sharda Group. I have strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, and I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues, students, and external partners to create a positive and conducive learning environment. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the field of mechanical engineering.
