Ms. Rasika Kaushal, Assistant professor of fashion design with approx. 7.6 years of teaching & 6 months Fashion designer experience. As a Fashion Professor, she brings a rich background in both academia and industry, equipping students with a comprehensive understanding of fashion design principles, techniques, and trends. Her pedagogical approach emphasizes hands-on learning, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration, empowering students to conceptualize, design, and execute compelling fashion collections that resonate with contemporary audiences.

Experience

6 Months Industrial experience as Assistant Fashion Designer. From last 7 years 6 months, I am working as Assistant Professor of fashion design.

• Master of Business Administration in Retail From SMU, Gangtok
• Master of Fabric & Apparel Science from Lady Irwin College, Delhi
